This page is about one thing: what happens to the contact form on this website. If you are looking for how the B2B Triage Shopify app handles merchant and applicant data, that is a separate policy, linked at the bottom.
What this website collects
Nothing, until you use the contact form. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from any third party — there is no tracker to consent to and no profile being built.
When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you type, and the Shopify store you optionally name. That is the whole list.
How your message reaches us
Your message is delivered to our team by Cloudflare Email Sending. Cloudflare is our email sub-processor: it handles your name, email and message solely to deliver them. No other company is involved.
We reply from a real person, and the email you entered becomes the reply address so our answer reaches you.
One honest limit, the same one the app's policy states: an email, once sent, is outside our deletion reach.
Abuse protection
To blunt automated spam, the form counts submissions by IP address over a short window and carries a hidden field that real people never see. The IP counter holds an address for minutes, keeps no message content, and is never used to identify or profile you.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send only as long as we need it to reply and to keep a record of the exchange. Ask us to delete your message and we will.
What we never do
We do not sell what you send, share it with anyone beyond replying to you, or add you to a marketing list. We use it to answer you, and for nothing else.

Using the B2B Triage app?
The app processes merchant and applicant data inside Shopify — a different data flow, with its own more detailed policy. That is the policy registered with the Shopify App Store.
